What we collect
When you submit a form, the site may collect your name, email, phone number, property address, and the message you provide. Basic AWS server and delivery logs may record device, browser, IP, and request information for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide requested real-estate information, maintain security, and operate the website. Quinn does not sell personal information.
Lead delivery
Website forms are submitted through a server-side AWS endpoint and delivered to MySam Business OS. MySam processes and routes the information within Quinn’s approved brokerage workflow so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Service providers
AWS provides website hosting, content delivery, API processing, and operational logs. MySam provides lead delivery and customer-relationship workflow services. FlexMLS and MLS United services may process property-search activity only after an approved IDX connection is activated; no live IDX feed is currently displayed on this website.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not intentionally enable advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential browser and server behavior may still use temporary technical data needed to deliver pages, protect forms, and maintain reliability.
Retention and security
Inquiry and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, protect the service, support brokerage obligations, or meet legal and transaction requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing jq.martin@quinnvestmentsllc.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, brokerage, security, or transaction requirements.
